PROGRAMME OUTCOME
<p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: large;">1. The Students would acquire basic knowledge on the taxonomy, anatomy and biology of finfish & Shellfish, Inland and marine capture fisheries, mariculture, ornamental fish culture, fish breeding, coastal aquaculture, and oceanography.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: large;">2. The students would gain knowledge about fisheries economics, Statistics, marketing, aquatic ecology, aquatic pollution, biodiversity, aquatic microbiology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, biochemistry, fish nutrition, feed technology, fisheries extension, fisheries co-operatives, fishing craft & gears and fishing technology.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: large;">3. The students would gain proper knowledge on the fish by-product, post harvest technology, fish disease, immunity, health management, fisheries policy and laws, entrepreneurship development.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: "times new roman", times; font-size: large;">4. The course prepare the student in understanding research work.</span></p>
